ARMS & BODY
Detach the single mitt from the back strap. Add your chosen tanning product to the single mitt. Place one hand in the single mitt. Start distributing the product evenly over your arms, chest, neck, and stomach area.
BACK
Attach the single mitt to the back strap. Add your chosen tanning product to the middle of the back strap. Place both hands in either end of the mitt. Wrap the mitt around your back. Pull the mitt back and forth across the length of your back. To tan your shoulders, place the mitt on a diagonal and pull back and forth.
LEGS
Detach the single mitt from the back strap. Add your chosen tanning product to the single mitt. Place one hand in the single mitt. Start distributing the product evenly over your legs and feet.
